i've got a strange problem:
Mar 24, 2019 Way to Manually Update Group Policy on Windows 10 with steps. In earlier versions of Windows, PowerShell cmdlet Invoke-GPUpdate has been helping users to Update Group Policy Editor, but this is not working on the current edition or server 2016. The auto-enrollment relies on the presence of an MDM service and the Azure Active Directory registration for the PC. Starting in Windows 10, version 1607, once the enterprise has registered its AD with Azure AD, a Windows PC that is domain joined is automatically AAD registered. Apr 06, 2018 We are running Windows 10 Enterprise and I implemented the UNC hardening as MS recommended. I too had issues with Group Policies not applying but it was not impactful as I only tested it against a single machine. It took me awhile to realize the version of Windows 10 I was on is prior, I believe, to the fix that was included in a cumulative update. Volume Shadow Copy Service not working in Windows 10, help! 'Hi guys, does anyone know how to use Volume Shadow Copy Service to copy and backup specific files in Windows 10?
i've got a Windows 2008 Domain with several clients (XP, 7, Server 2008, 10). Since i've updated some of the Windows 10 clients to version 1709 (Fall Creators Update) the most of the GPOs aren't applied to the clients anymore (no matter where they are linked). On any other client they work fine.

I've found the answer:
Since an update Microsoft doesn't accept GPOs with scheduled tasks binded to a user session. To solve this problem, the authority has to been set to SYSTEM.

Hi /r/sysadmin,
I'm currently having an issue with group policy updates hitting our Windows 10 machines and it's doing my swede in.
It seems to pull down some policies but not the rest, annoyingly the most important policies it ignores :) :) :)
